Together these cohorts explore tailored plans for sustainable revitalization and growth. Led by seasoned pastors, our cohorts provide pastors with a community of like-minded leaders in their geographic locations to grow alongside and collaborate with one another. Each month cohort members meet to discuss a common topic from the curriculum, take practical steps, receive accountability, and pray for each other’s ministries.
