We want to identify and develop church leaders with leadership gifts to become servant-leaders who instill that character into volunteers and ensure that ministry is carried out with excellence and biblical integrity. We want to be known for how God uses us for his kingdom. Exercising our spiritual gifts is what we were designed to do, along with other spiritual disciplines that are critical to our maturity as new creatures in Christ.
