Interns are college students who are considering a call to ministry. This is a 10-week in-the-church program to help students discover and equip them for the call God has on their lives.

Residents are pastors in training selected to be part of a comprehensive 12-24 month residency that incorporates one-on-one coaching, high-touchpoint leadership engagement, and practical in-the-church training. Using proven tools, resources, and learning opportunities under the guidance and direction of proven church leaders, the Be The Church Residency Program will equip those who have recently determined their call to ministry. These future pastors will gain effective church leadership training while being equipped to expand their spiritual voice and influence to become more effective leaders in the church.

Interns, apprentices, and residents are housed in Hudsonville, Michigan through the ministries of Chapel Pointe church and Be The Church ministry. In-church training may be shared across multiple churches and ministry centers.

Be The Church is partnering with Cedarville University, an accredited university, to offer a Masters in Biblical Studies (MBS) along with an on-site leadership development program. This degree will provide a detailed look at biblical foundations and a well-rounded framework from within the walls of a growing church.
