CONFERENCE SPEAKERS
Dr. Michael Rubino is the Director of Operations at Be The Church. He also serves as the lead pastor of Cornerstone Bible Church on Long Island, New York. His passion is leading churches from revitalization through multiplication. As the founder of the Church Revitalize Center, he has had the privilege of helping churches grow healthier across the country and around the world.
Matt Wilson joined Compassion in 2015 after serving on local church staff for 15 years. As he works alongside churches and organizations throughout the country, one thing that feeds Matt's soul is knowing he is helping care for the most vulnerable children around the world.
Dale, a seasoned minister with 40 years of experience, is dedicated to supporting pastors and church leaders facing challenges. He founded Dale Sellers Leadership, Inc. in March 2014 to provide guidance in leadership, inspiration, and evangelism. Joining The Unstuck Group as a ministry consultant in April 2017, Dale focuses on aiding small churches. As the Executive Director of 95Network since July 2018, he aims to uplift small and midsize congregations, recognizing them as the foundation of the American church. Dale's commitment to 95Network stems from its mission to empower small churches and offer support networks for weary church leaders.
Joel has served as Lead Pastor of Chapel Pointe in Hudsonville, Michigan, since 2014. His passion for leadership is built on an uncompromising dedication to Biblical principles and over twenty years of business leadership experience. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of Be The Church, a movement to revitalize the local church through authentic leadership development. Joel holds a business degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Divinity from Mercer University.
Karl Vaters, author of four books, including "De-Sizing the Church," "The Church Recovery Guide," "100 Days to a Healthier Church," and "Small Church Essentials," focuses on helping pastors of small churches thrive through his resources at KarlVaters.com. With a heart for supporting small church leaders, Vaters emphasizes leveraging the unique advantages of small congregations and advocates for collaboration between big and small churches. Hosting "The Church Lobby" podcast, Vaters engages in conversations on faith and ministry, drawing from over 40 years of hands-on pastoral experience.
Cassie Hammett is the Founder of The Hub: urban ministries in Shreveport, Louisiana, serving those in homelessness and poverty as well as women and children who have been sexually exploited or sex trafficked. She serves on the Send Relief team as the National Ministry Strategist, assisting ministry centers as they serve the most vulnerable across the country.
After high school, Tim felt called by God to pursue full-time ministry. He attended Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute for two years, earning a degree in Religion and Church Ministry. Over the past twenty-plus years, Tim and his wife have served in various roles in the local church, including lead pastor, student pastor, associate pastor, and worship pastor. Tim's passion is to guide people toward fulfilling their potential in God's plan. Now, as the pastor of Mission City Church, Tim feels privileged to fulfill his dream of planting a church and shepherding its congregation.
Dr. Richmond Wandera, trained in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship at Moody Bible Institute, obtained his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Leadership from Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary. He founded and leads the Pastors Discipleship Network, which trains frontline pastors in East Africa to transform the continent for Christ. Over 15,000 pastors from five East African countries have participated in the network. Dr. Wandera also pastors New Life Church in Kampala, Uganda, in the challenging Kireka-Banda slum area. Committed to his community, he initiates projects to support vulnerable children, school dropouts, and teenage mothers.

You’ll have the opportunity to engage with the material at your own pace, allowing for thorough discussion and implementation of the insights and strategies shared by the speakers.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON TEAM SIZE?
