What Are Cohorts
BTC cohorts are designed for pastors to journey together while sharpening and growing their leadership capabilities. Together these cohorts explore tailored plans for sustainable revitalization and growth. Led by seasoned pastors, our cohorts provide pastors with a community of like-minded leaders in their geographic locations to grow alongside and collaborate with one another. Cohort members meet for two hours each month to explore a shared topic from the curriculum, take practical next steps, encourage accountability, and pray for one another’s ministries.
Current pastors can join a group of 4-7 other like-minded and like-hearted pastors in your region. Find out what’s been stopping you from leading with greater courage. Gain the boldness needed to engage in strategies through a developed curriculum to help you take greater ground for the kingdom.

Be The Church Cohorts are designed for pastors and ministry leaders who are ready to lead with clarity, conviction, and gospel focus. Over the course of 5 months (10 sessions), you’ll walk with a small group of peers through key revitalization topics—each grounded in biblical truth and proven ministry principles.
