This program is for everyday men and women—lay leaders of any age—who feel called to lead, serve, and multiply their impact in the name of Jesus. Whether you’re leading a small group, discipling others, or simply wondering how to take the next step in ministry, the Catalyst Certificate equips you to lead with confidence, courage, and conviction.
Inspired by the early church in the book of Acts, this program reclaims ministry for the many—not just the few—by “un-professionalizing” the pathway into leadership. Ministry isn’t only for the select few with degrees—it’s for the many who desire to be discipled, empowered, and obedient to the call of God.
