The Be The Church Multiplication Center partners with leaders like Dr. Nelutu Iubas, a Romanian pastor serving on the frontlines of Gospel-centered relief and church-based outreach in Eastern Europe. Based in Bucharest, Dr. Iubas leads the Ukrainian Bucharest Church 22 (UBC 22) network, which serves Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war. This ministry goes beyond meeting physical needs—it offers emotional support, spiritual care, and a path toward healing and purpose. Refugees are welcomed as guests and invited into a community where they are discipled and equipped to serve others. Through this work, churches become places of restoration and multiplication, reaching people with the love of Christ in the midst of crisis.
